In Paddington, we offer a delicious continental spread, featuring a delicious selection of ham, cheese, fresh vegetables, and our new vegetarian parcels. We’ve also expanded our gluten-free options, including a breakfast muffin.
Enjoy our new self-service coffee machines, offering your favourite brew in no time.
Our full menu includes sweet and savoury pastries, vegan and gluten-free choices, cereals, granola, yogurts, fresh fruit, hard-boiled eggs, rolls with butter, jam, and cheese, plus a variety of juices.

What time is check out and check in?
Check in from 3:00pm. We can offer early check in from 12:00pm* for an additional charge of £15.
Check out by 11:00am. We can offer late check out by 2:00pm* for an additional £15. Please contact the front desk to inquire, the earlier we are aware of your request, the easier it is for us to accommodate!

Do you offer express check out?
Yes, we do! On your departure day, you’ll get an email to express check out—it’s quick and takes less than 30 seconds.
Once you check out, our team will prepare the room for the next guest, so make sure you're ready to leave before completing it. Your VAT invoice will be emailed to you soon after.
Luggage storage
If you need to leave luggage with us we charge £3 per bag pre check in and after check out.
Please note that bags cannot be kept in our hotel overnight and should be collect before midnight.
How do I enter the hotel at night
Night time access is secured, so please use your room key to enter between 11:00pm & 6:00am.
How do I change the temperature & lighting?

Please note, any changes made to A/C or temperature can take up to 20 minutes to feel the effect. If you require any further assistance please ask the front desk team who will be happy to help.
Hairdryer, hangers & safe
The hairdryer can be found by pressing the pop-out door on your desk.
The safe is located by the bed, or under one of the bedside tables.
Hangers are in your room hanging on the wall, if not, please ask a host at the front desk
Do you have an iron?
The ironing room is located on the 1st floor. Just follow the signs!
When are rooms cleaned?
Your room gets a full spruce-up after three nights — fresh sheets, clean towels, bins emptied.

Breakfast is available every day from Mon-Fri 06:30am to 10:30am.
On weekends and bank holidays 07:00am to 11:00am.

Do you have car parking at this hotel?
We were walking distance to ‘little Venice’ and Hyde Park, bus lines, Paddington Station three blocks away, and restaurants, shopping all nearby. The breakfast was the best including a great espresso machine, fresh fruit, cereal, hot food and juice. Will stay there from now on.

This hotel is in an excellent location, very short walk to Oxford Street and Hyde Park, which is always the most important thing for me. The room was clean and comfortable, great breakfast and friendly staff (especially Sindy who answered all of our questions and gave us a fantastic restaurant recommendation!) Would definitely return in the future and highly recommend.

Very nice and clean hotel located close to Paddington Station. Here you can take the train to Heathrow airport, and the Underground to other parts of London. The staff are friendly and always helpful.
